Join Linda for a 45-minute group, guided, healing meditation session inspired by spirit and intended to instill deep relaxation and personal insight. Each journey is uniquely written, theme based, and often coincides with seasonal and astrological calendar events.

No experience is needed, sessions are open to all cancer patients of the Cancer Center!

Guided Journey meditation would be approximately 20-30 minutes, followed by a brief Reiki share and time for discussion
