We are now offering free prenatal and postpartum health and childbirth education classes. Classes are taught by certified educators. Classes cover many important topics, aimed at health and wellness, including:
- childbirth breathing
- comfort measures
- answer your questions
Partners are welcome and encouraged to attend.
This class meets twice and you are encouraged to attend both sessions: Saturday & Sunday, January 16-17 from 10 a.m.-noon.
