New facility will provide high-quality, cost-effective outpatient surgery to local residents
Soon, Medford residents won’t have to travel as far for simple, same-day procedures.
On Oct. 15, the Medford City Council unanimously approved the site plan and special permit for the construction of a 16,000 square-foot ambulatory surgery center at Lawrence Memorial Hospital. The center will be within the existing footprint of Lawrence Memorial Hospital and will include state-of-the-art operating rooms and procedural rooms for outpatient surgery.
