Providing the Highest Quality Care to our Patients

Patient safety and quality care are our number one priority.

We want to become your family’s trusted health provider. We take our quality rankings very seriously and constantly monitor our results and use them as a guide for how we can improve services. We are focused on promoting and maintaining an integrated culture of safety to provide the highest quality care to the patients we serve.

We are proud that our performance meets or exceeds other hospitals in Massachusetts and the nation in several core measures. Even so, we know there is always more that we can do. We continuously work to make improvements and to achieve quality excellence.

It reports on several key hospital performance issues pressure ulcers, patient falls, heart attack and heart failure, pneumonia, surgical care and blood clot prevention and treatment.
