Secure Payment Processing

This tool allows you to pay your bill online.

Our bill pay tool is secure which means your payment will be processed safely. You will receive a confirmation number and email with successful payment, please keep these for your records.

We’ve recently updated our patient portal, which now includes bill pay. You do not need an account to pay a bill.

To pay a bill, please select a payment portal based on the date of service:

  • By Phone: We’re here to answer any of your questions or help you with your payment, please call us should you need assistance at 781-338-7000.
  • By Mail: You can mail your payment to the address listed on your bill.

View or Pay a Bill and Update Your Insurance

To view your bill from the date of service of April 2, 2022, or after, log on to myTuftsMed and go to “Billing” then “Billing Summary.” To view additional information about an account, including past statements, click “View Account.”

Make a payment or set up a payment plan:

Use myTuftsMed to pay your bill from the date of April 2, 2022, or after. (If you would like to pay a bill for services provided before or on April 1, 2022, please visit our previous bill pay here.)

  • Log in to your myTuftsMed account.
  • Go to “Billing” then “Billing Summary.”
  • Select “Pay Now” for the account on which you want to make a payment.
  • Enter the amount to pay along with your credit card or bank account information and then select “Continue.”
  • Review your payment information and select “Submit Payment.”
  • If you can’t pay your entire balance all at once, you can set up a payment plan to pay a smaller amount each month.

Paperless billing:

Patients with an active myTuftsMed account will be automatically enrolled in paperless billing by default. If you wish to opt-out of paperless billing, go to “Billing Summary” then scroll to the bottom of the screen and select “cancel paperless billing.”

Review and update your insurance information:

  • Log in to your myTuftsMed account.
  • Go to “Insurance” then “Insurance Summary.” Select “View coverage details” for the payer or plan to see more information about the coverage, such as your deductible and maximum out-of-pocket expenses.
  • Make any of the following changes: request a change to the existing coverage, remove a coverage, or add new coverage. New coverages are submitted for verification when you log out of myTuftsMed.
