MassRelay offers a 24/7 service enabling hearing people or people who do not have access to a TTY to communicate with deaf/hard hearing people using a TTY. A Relay Operator acts as a go-between for a TTY user and a standard telephone user. This allows the deaf/hard of hearing person to call anywhere within MelroseWakefield Healthcare.
Dial 711 and a Mass Relay Operator will answer the call. This service is available in Massachusetts only. 711 calls are answered first in voice then TTY.
