MassRelay offers a 24/7 service enabling hearing people or people who do not have access to a TTY to communicate with deaf/hard-of-hearing people using a TTY. A relay operator acts as a go-between for a TTY user and a standard telephone user. This allows the deaf or hard of hearing person call anywhere within MelroseWakefield Healthcare.
Dial 711 and a MassRelay operator will answer the call. This service is available in Massachusetts only. 711 calls are answered first by voice then TTY.
